Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fresh or perishable items for hygiene, safety and quality control reasons.
All sales are final once dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of deliverywith clear photos of:

the outer packaging
-
the damaged product
-
the packing slip / order number
We will review this and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Replacements will not be issued without photographic evidence.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Delivery Issues / Failed Delivery
If an order is returned back to us due to incorrect address details, unavailability at delivery, or failure to collect after a missed delivery attempt, no refunds will be issued for fresh products. Re-delivery may be offered at an additional cost.
Non-Fresh Items (if applicable)
For non-fresh items only, refund eligibility will be assessed case by case, provided they are unused, unopened and returned at the customer’s cost.
Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Courier Responsibility
Once orders have been handed over to the courier, delays outside our control are not grounds for refund. We will always assist in investigating any courier issues.
