Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Timing
Delivery typically takes 1–2 working days from dispatch

Shipping Days
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only (excluding UK bank holidays).

Customer Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery updates and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided.

Failed Deliveries / Return to Sender
If a delivery is returned due to the customer being unavailable to receive the parcel or providing an incorrect / incomplete address, re-delivery fees will apply.

Fresh Products / No Refunds
For hygiene and safety reasons, fresh products that are returned to us due to failed delivery are not eligible for a refund.

Delivery Disclaimer
We use third-party couriers. While we aim to meet your preferred delivery timeframe, exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed once handed to the courier.
