A firm smooth combined with a buttery texture fruity flavoured Made with Cow’s Milk, at 24 months it has a spicy yet slightly sweet flavour and an extremely rich, dense texture, and crystals developed throughout the cheese from the extended maturation.

The Comte is a pressed and cooked cheese. It is unpasteurized but suitable for pregnant women.
