A wine with a marine profile, macerated on the skins for 5-10 days. Born from a blend of Grillo, native of Trapani and Verdejo, a Spanish white grape. The first brings depth and intensity while the Spanish grape gives freshness and tension, for an elegant, balanced and very expressive result.
