The grapes fermented on the skins for around forty-eight hours before being pressed and aged in a combination of fibreglass and concrete.

In the glass, the wine shows a luminous golden hue, with compelling aromas of yellow blossom, apricot, and gentle spice. The palate is vibrant and mineral-driven, supported by finely textured tannins.
