A wonderfully aromatic artisan cheese from Lombardy, Italy, Taleggio has been cherished since the 10th century. It is a semi soft cheese made from whole cow’s milk, carefully refined with passion in Pasturo, in the heart of Valsassina. 

Known for its refined qualities, Taleggio remains one of the most renowned Italian cheeses today. It comes in a distinctive square shape with a bright orange rind and bone white interior.

The semi-firm paste offers a luxuriously creamy texture and a flavour profile that is milky with a slight tang.
